Charity challenge and adventure travel tour operator Different Travel appointed Mondo to build their new website.

The project certainly wasn’t just about creating the pretty customer-facing design that you see showcasing the many interesting challenges that are on offer around the world. Behind this is an extensive and bespoke database that contains every detail about each of the trips. The database offers complete flexibility for displaying trips, but also makes it easy for customers to find a challenge that ticks all of their travel boxes!

Introducing online booking was vital for the new site so we created a comprehensive online booking system which includes a customer account area where those travelling can manage their payments, upload passport information, complete medical declaration forms and purchase add-ons. This system includes automated email communications at every stage of the booking – sending out travel documents, payment notifications and trip updates.
